When I first received this pipe I thought Savinelli had sent me a pipe without a stem!! Afterexamining this a little closer I realised it was just a camouflage stem. Jokes aside Savinelli make some fantastic quality pipes that really do smoke exceptionally well, as you can expect the briar is top quality and the latest stem looks great and is ideal for an outdoor pipe.
Savinelli Tobacco Pipes started in 1876, by Achille Savinelli Sr, who in the centre of Milan, opened one of the world’s first tobacco shops. To this day passionate smokers still meet at the store location to share their love of his brilliant tobacco pipes. Savinelli has stayed a family business from its inception, with the shop and brand passing down generations. At a time where Italy was mass producing poor quality pipes, the Savinelli name was at the forefront of innovation and quality, combining family tradition with quality materials.
Today, the Savinellitobacco piperange is thriving and here atGQ Tobaccos, we have a huge collection of authentic Savinelli pipes andpipe tobaccofor customers to order. For any more information on these or any of our other traditional and historical tobacco pipes, get in touchwith our team.
